From Everything.Sucks

Stryker Corporation is a Fortune 500 medical technologies firm based in Kalamazoo, Michigan.Stryker's products include implants used in joint replacement and trauma surgeries; surgical equipment and surgical navigation systems; endoscopic and communications systems; patient handling and emergency medical equipment; neurosurgical, neurovascular and spinal devices; as well as other medical device products used in a variety of medical specialties. In the United States, most of Stryker's products are marketed directly to doctors, hospitals and other healthcare facilities. An upset former employee shared this in a review "Management at Stryker is not diverse. The manager that took over our team is rude and never took the time to learn his team. He and his team lead are fake and abuse their authority operating under a regime of intimidation. But when their managers are watching they present very kind. When they are out of management view they are cunning and plotting. Neither are fit leaders and not educated on working with multiple backgrounds."

Former Employee - Production Associate I says

"*Employee Appreciation Week (time off production to relax...then work longer because of lost production time) *50+hr work weeks (unless you get that NEW weekend shift or four 10hr days shift, which is only one or a couple of departments) *Underpaid for the amount of risk involved! *Skeleton crew even before COVID. If someone calls out, everybody suffers because that quota HAS to be made! *Cliques like school days, beware the gossip. *Ask for your ideas and opinions but: don't implement them or take credit and profit from them later."

Current Employee - Trauma Sales Representative says

"- 80+ work weeks with no overtime pay - No PTO or pay out for PTO -24/7 on call - Zero Days off -Treated more like a fraternity than a career. - Could come home at 2am and be expected to be back at the hospitals by 6am - Reps are “leading/managing” associates who have never been trained to lead or communicate properly in a corporate like atmosphere. Reps treat associates like a sports team in college who are the freshman scum. Expected to work ungodly hours and kiss the ground the reps walk on. Treated very disrespectfully -on average work 60 days straight before you can have a Sunday off but not really because your still expected to answer calls and be ready if they need you. Can’t drive the same car as your wife or go more than 50 miles away if you do happen to get one day off after at least 6 months of employment"

Technical worker (Former Employee) says

"Abteilungsleiter und Manager sollten ausgewechselt werden und genau angeschaut bei der Auswahl und nicht nur standardisierte fragen wo man sich vorher auswendig gelernt hatte. Die Arbeit in der Firma ist eintönig und wenn dann ein Fehler mal Passiert werden Sie von einigen Mitarbeitern versteckt. Passieren aber bei ein paar einzelnen kleine Fehler werden Sie Monate lang diskutiert wo ich die Ansicht hatte das es schon Mobbing ist."
